Job summary

Paris Society in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our new Greek dining concept. You will drive culinary vision, quality and consistency across a high-end standalone restaurant, and lead menu development, staff mentoring and precise execution of service.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, proven leadership, and pre-opening experience to build and inspire a cohesive kitchen team in a demanding luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
• Head Chef or senior culinary leadership experience.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an exciting new Greek dining concept opening in Dubai, UAE.

The ideal candidate will be a strong culinary leader with a solid background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, combined with extensive experience in high-end standalone restaurants.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine – essential
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role
• Experience within high-end standalone restaurants
• Pre-opening experience is highly preferred
• UAE or Middle East experience is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, develop and inspire a team
• Creative and hands-on, with a strong understanding of quality, consistency and kitchen operations
• Passionate about authentic Greek flavours while bringing a fresh and contemporary approach to the cuisine
• Experience in standalone restaurants is essential.
