Job summary

SIHAMCO is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to launch a Greek fine-dining concept in Dubai. You will lead culinary direction, develop menus drawing on Aegean, Cretan and Mediterranean influences, and ensure authentic Greek flavors with premium service standards.

You will recruit and mentor a multicultural kitchen brigade, uphold HACCP and food safety, and collaborate with management to create a seamless guest experience in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in professional culinary roles, including senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of Greek cuisine, regional styles and ingredients.
• Experience in fine-dining or premium hospitality environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary vision and execution for a Greek fine-dining concept.
• Develop sophisticated menus inspired by Greece’s regional diversity.
• Create signature dishes blending tradition with modern techniques.
• Lead kitchen SOPs, recipes, prep methods and service standards.
• Oversee pre-opening activities and supplier sourcing for authentic Greek ingredients.
• Manage kitchen operations, food cost and profitability.
