Responsibilities

• Assisting in identifying training needs: This involves analyzing the company's needs and planning training courses accordingly.
• Planning and coordinating logistics: This includes preparing training materials, scheduling sessions, and ensuring smooth execution of training events.
• Supporting tracking and preparing training reports: This involves documenting the effectiveness of training sessions and providing feedback to improve future training activities.
• Acting as a teaching assistant: This role may involve supporting internal trainers and organizing events related to training.
• Supporting organizational development: This includes updating organizational structures and building performance evaluation systems.
