Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai is seeking an Intern in Learning and Development to support the hotel’s L&D programs and culture. The role focuses on coordinating training activities, maintaining records, and promoting a culture of continuous growth within the team.

The intern will assist with development and review of L&D plans, execute training activities, and help ensure standards are met while collaborating with colleagues across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Demonstrated learning agility and initiative.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support L&D activities and training programs.
• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives.
• Maintain records, reports, and training materials.
• Promote learning culture and development opportunities within the hotel.
• Support quality control activities and in-house audits for standards.
