Job summary

Grand Mercure Dubai City is seeking a Learning & Development professional to coordinate internal training, update manuals, and support supervisory staff with developmental programs. You will work with the People & Culture team to align training with hotel standards and regional requirements.

The role focuses on establishing monthly training schedules, monitoring quality, and driving continuous improvement across departments in a 5-star property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with hospitality focus preferred.
• Experience in learning and development within hospitality is desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise internal technical training and courses for Department Heads and supervisors.
• Develop and update training materials and job descriptions for in-house trainers.
• Produce monthly training, quality, and business reports for hotel leadership.
• Lead quality assurance activities and drive continuous improvement.
