Job summary

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Learning & Development Manager to help plan, execute, and evaluate the organization’s learning strategy. You will coordinate training programs, manage inventories, and promote continuous learning across departments.

The role supports employee engagement, performance development, talent management, and alignment with service standards. You will collaborate with department heads and external providers in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Psychology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional certification in L&D, HR, or talent development such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s learning and development strategy.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, inductions, and development initiatives.
• Monitor training attendance, completion, effectiveness, and employee feedback.
• Develop individual development plans and career development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare L&D reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate mandatory training programs and ensure completion within required timelines.
• Assist in preparing departments for internal and external training audits and assessments.
• Support performance management and employee development processes.
• Assist with succession planning, talent development, and leadership development programs.
