Job summary

Hilton is seeking an experienced L&D Manager to lead learning strategy for a hospitality-focused workforce in Dubai. You will build a strong talent pipeline, partner with leaders on performance and succession planning, and design innovative programs to elevate guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will champion a culture of continuous learning, measure impact with data, and collaborate across departments to align learning with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role within hospitality.
• Previous Hilton experience preferred.
• Hospitality coaching, training, facilitation, or adult learning certifications (e.g., Hilton programs) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, succession planning, talent development, and leadership capability building.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
