Key Account Manager – Agri Min Trade Services

We are looking for a young, motivated commercial profile to join our team in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector, supporting Agri, Minerals and Trade services across the UAE. This role is ideal for someone at an early stage of their career who wants hands‑on exposure, strong market learning, and a clear path toward business development and sales leadership.

Market & Technical Exposure
  • Basic understanding of the Agri, Minerals and Trade markets in the UAE.
  • Exposure to the TIC industry or related inspection / testing services is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to understand trade flows, customer needs, and service execution.
Personal & Soft Skills
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Good communication skills and confidence interacting with clients and internal teams.
  • Commercial mindset and genuine interest in sales and business development.
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple follow‑ups and priorities.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs
  • Client Relationship Management – Support and grow customer relationships across assigned sectors.
  • Business Development & Sales Pipeline – Identify opportunities, follow up on leads, manage quotations, and maintain a structured pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence – Monitor market activity, competitors, and customer developments.
  • Operational Coordination – Liaise between clients, operations, and labs to ensure smooth execution.
  • Commercial Support – Assist with pricing, contracts, POs, and revenue tracking.
  • Reporting & Analysis – Prepare regular updates on pipeline, activity, and performance.
  • Field‑based role requiring mobility across multiple client offices/emirates, warehouse and cargo facilities.
