A leading creative agency in Dubai is seeking a Junior Copywriter to collaborate with a Junior Art Director on various projects. The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience, a strong portfolio in conceptual writing, and a good command of English. You will be part of a creative team, contributing to multiple campaigns across different client sectors like lifestyle, technology, and finance. Reporting to: Associate Creative Directors (ACDs) and Creative Directors (CDs)
Working model: Primarily in-office, with some flexibility for remote work
We’re looking for a Junior Copywriter with strong fundamentals and a genuine interest in ideas, culture, and brands. You’ll work closely with a Junior Art Director as part of a creative team, developing and executing work across a diverse mix of clients, including lifestyle, sport, technology, finance, food, and real estate.
You’ll be based in our Dubai office, working mostly in person with the team, while having some flexibility to work remotely. You’ll receive regular guidance and feedback from ACDs and CDs, with a clear focus on learning, growth, and developing your craft.
