We are seeking a diligent and motivated Junior Compliance Officer to join our Client's compliance team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably within the financial services sector. This role is crucial in ensuring that their operations adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance programs and policies.
  2. Monitor and review company practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
  4. Assist in preparing compliance reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  5. Provide support in responding to regulatory inquiries and inspections.
  6. Stay updated with changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting the financial services industry.
  7. Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to address compliance-related issues and provide guidance on compliance matters.

Qualifications :
