Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in civil or structural engineering, a keen interest in structural design and analysis, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic engineering environment. This role involves supporting senior engineers in design analysis and construction activities for various infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design analysis and evaluation of structural components for buildings, bridges, and other civil infrastructure.
• Perform structural calculations and assist in preparing engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Support site inspections ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, project plans, and material specifications.
• Work closely with senior engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure efficient project development.
• Conduct research on new materials, construction techniques, and engineering solutions.
• Use engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, and SAP2000 for structural modeling and analysis.
• Support the preparation of technical documents, reports, and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in civil/structural engineering.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design; familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Revit, etc.).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem‑solving abilities, good communication and teamwork skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English is required.
