Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established plastic trading business with a strong presence in domestic and export markets. The company is looking to hire a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, prepare statements and handle reconciliations using Tally and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals).
  • Prepare financial statements and reports using Excel.
  • Perform bank ledger and vendor/customer reconciliations.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers and supporting records.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reviews as required.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
  • 12 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (statements reconciliation basic formulas).
  • Experience in preparing reconciliation statements.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
