Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction at all times.
  • Deliver outstanding service across all hotel departments, including front office, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards as per Jumeirahs brand requirements.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to uphold a positive and service-focused work environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-first mindset.
  • A passion for hospitality and luxury service.

Working Hours
  • Full-time role with flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Typical shift duration: 8–9 hours per day (rotational schedule based on department needs).
