Responsibilities
  • You actively hunt for 3rd party units (non-Schindler units) develop and create customer relationships in the UAE.
  • You ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints in collaboration with the Schindler team.
  • You document and maintain the customer and contact information.
  • You are accountable for leads opportunities orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside the current customer base
  • You are accountable for finding customer needs and Schindlers solution matching those needs
  • You maintain full information of opportunities tasks and visits while keeping CRM up to date.
Mobility needs you
  • You like to think and act like an entrepreneur viewing situations from multiple perspectives and exploring alternative solutions for business problems.
  • You like working with a team can motivate and inspire people and mobilize them towards a common objective.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering a candidate with a management degree will have an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • IT Skills: MS-Office SAP SharePoint is an asset.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Sales
