Contract : Permanent / Full-time

Role Purpose

Manage procurement activities, including purchasing, expediting, and supplier coordination, ensuring timely delivery of materials and compliance with company procedures and quality requirements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-year diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in procurement, preferably within industrial or engineering projects
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with suppliers on commercial matters and expediting actionsCoordinate with quality and other departments regarding supplier approvals and inspections
  • Maintain procurement records and documentation in accordance with company requirements
  • Follow up with vendors / suppliers on non-conforming items and other QA / QC requirements
  • Perform other procurement-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
