A leading investment holding group in the UAE is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage and troubleshoot network systems, serve as a liaison with IT vendors, and ensure compliance with IT policies. This role involves enhancing support for user devices, maintaining security systems, and preparing reports on system performance. Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server/Desktop OS environments.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities & projects.
• Support, monitor, maintain and enhance WAN/LAN, connectivity, Firewall, Servers.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports with recommendations for system improvements.
