Job summary

Dautom is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance for SRTA sites in the United Arab Emirates. The role requires hands-on maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, with strong customer service skills in Arabic and English.

You will install devices, configure OS/software, and perform preventive maintenance while logging tickets and escalating advanced issues. Travel between SRTA sites is expected, and a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years IT support experience.
Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory – travel between SRTA sites is required.

Responsibilities

Support and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, scanners and approved peripherals.
Install and configure new devices; install and update operating systems and approved software.
Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on devices and peripheral equipment.
Provide daily technical support to users and resolve basic hardware, software and printer faults.
Prepare and configure user devices in line with SRTA standards and policies.
Make regular visits to SRTA external offices to assess technical needs and resolve tickets within support scope.
Log and track support tickets, document actions taken, and elevate advanced issues to Level 2.
Provide basic support for user connectivity issues, coordinating with network and systems teams as needed.
Prepare or update user guides and technical instructions for systems and off-the-shelf applications.
Train and guide users on basic use of operating systems and approved applications.
Perform any other related technical support duties assigned by the direct manager.
