Job summary

Dautom is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Sharjah to resolve complex technical issues, manage OS imaging and deployments, and provide advanced end-user support. You will collaborate with network and systems teams to ensure reliable operations and policy compliance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of IT support experience, and strong English proficiency. A UAE driving license is mandatory for on-site visits where required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve advanced technical faults and cases escalated by Level 1 staff.
• Provide advanced support for operating systems, office applications and peripheral devices.
• Manage advanced user-device configurations and imaging/deployment procedures.
• Support Active Directory and Exchange services and remote-control tools.
• Resolve connectivity issues with network and systems teams; manage DNS/DHCP settings.
• Monitor device configuration and audit compliance with teams.
