Dautom is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Sharjah to support a globally recognized client. In this contract role, you will handle desktop, printer and peripheral setup, OS and software installation, and end-user support across multiple sites within the UAE.

The role requires at least 2 years of IT support experience, Arabic proficiency, and a valid UAE driving license to travel between sites. Strong customer service and ITIL-style incident handling are valued.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Support and maintain desktops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install and configure devices, OS and approved software.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on devices and peripheral equipment.
• Provide daily IT support and resolve basic hardware/software faults.
• Log and track support tickets, escalate advanced issues to Level 2.
• Train users and prepare user guides and instructions.
