Job summary

Bluechip Computer Systems LLC - IT Solutions, Services & Support, Dubai is seeking a skilled IT system integration sales professional to identify and develop business opportunities across the UAE market. You will promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions, build strong relationships with corporate clients and enterprises, and drive a robust sales pipeline.

The role requires 5–6 years of proven experience, deep knowledge of IT infrastructure products, and a track record of closing IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT system integration.
• Promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions including networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, and CCTV.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, SMEs and enterprises.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with presales to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers with relevant teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM records and sales reports.

Experience: 5–6 years strictly in IT System Integration Sales

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT system integration.
• Promote and sell IT infrastructure solutions, including networking, servers, storage, cybersecurity, structured cabling, CCTV, and related IT solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and enterprise customers.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the presales team to propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the relevant teams.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Manage existing client accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and regular sales reports.

Requirements

• Strictly 5–6 years of proven experience in IT system integration sales.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure products and system integration solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and closing IT projects.
• Established client network and strong business development skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Experience in the UAE market will be an advantage.
