Responsibilities

• Set up, install, and configure desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and peripherals.
• Perform regular hardware maintenance, upgrades, and replacements.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures and performance issues.
• Manage and configure network hardware for secure connectivity.
• Track and manage IT hardware assets and maintain inventory records.
• Create and update documentation for hardware configurations.
• Implement and maintain hardware security measures.
• Provide technical support and user training on new hardware.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware effectively.
