Job description

Responsibilities

• Install configure and maintain computer hardware software printers scanners and other IT equipment.
• Provide first-level technical support to office and site staff for IT-related issues (hardware/software/network).
• Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN internet connectivity VPNs and other network systems.
• Manage user accounts emails file sharing and access permissions (e.g. Microsoft 365 domain systems).
• Troubleshoot system and network problems diagnose faults and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform regular data backups antivirus updates and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT services software licenses and system upgrades.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure timely servicing or replacement of equipment.
• Assist in setting up new user systems and conducting basic IT orientation/training for staff.
• Support software used by technical/design teams (e.g. AutoCAD Revit project management tools).

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• 24 years of IT support experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft Office 365 basic networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud services backup solutions antivirus and firewalls.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of ERP systems or interior fit-out software tools is an advantage.
