We are a tech‑enabled real estate brand redefining property experiences through data‑driven marketing, AI tools and dynamic campaigns. Based in Saadiyat Island (Abu Dhabi) we specialise in luxury properties, smart investments and curated client journeys.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, generate leads and enhance visibility in the luxury real estate market. The role involves managing international digital campaigns, event coordination and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent brand representation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement multichannel marketing campaigns (social media, email, online ads and offline events). Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand’s image and target audience.
  • Manage company social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok etc.). Schedule and analyze engaging content to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Run paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
  • Organise and support real estate exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events. Liaise with developers, partners and suppliers for event coordination and logistics.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and client preferences. Generate reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Support the development of personal branding for agents through marketing content. Maintain brand consistency in all communications and materials.
