Job Summary for Engineering Professionals

Educational Credentials: ITI/DIPLOMA in Electrical & Instrumentation

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in design, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Manufacturing, Product Packaging, Chemical, or FMCG Industry

Core Abilities: Awareness of production line work, chemical hazards, use of PPEs, and permit-to-work systems

Hands-on experience with plant equipment such as:

• Instrumentation (PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI)
• Fire hydrant pumps and security systems
• Semi-automatic liquid and powder loading devices
• Electromechanical equipment (motors, gearboxes, pumps, blowers, conveyors, hoists, agitators, dust collectors)
• Pneumatics and hydraulics (cylinders, control valves, power packs)
• Hoists (chain, pneumatic, rope, crane)

Sufficient knowledge to read and interpret P&ID, SLD, control diagrams, and maintenance procedures.

Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, spare part management, and inventory control.

Strong analytical skills and ability to use measurement tools.

Ability to suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns, enhance safety, and save costs.

Adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.

Participation in rebuilds and overhauls.

Computer literacy is an advantage.

Language: Fair written and spoken English.
