Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai seeks an Institutional Business Development professional to identify and develop relationships with institutional clients across FX/CFD and financial services. You will promote authorised financial services, generate new business opportunities, and ensure UAE regulatory compliance.

You will build relationships with FX/CFD brokers and financial institutions, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate client onboarding, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in institutional FX/CFD, financial services or B2B business development.
• Existing institutional client relationships are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial markets and brokerage business models.
• Strong prospecting, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, professional and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ethical, collaborative and compliance-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with FX/CFD brokers, financial institutions, proprietary trading firms and other institutional clients.
• Understand client business profiles and identify potential business opportunities.
• Identify and approach prospective clients through networking, referrals and market research.
• Develop new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and achieve business development targets.
• Coordinate client introductions and onboarding activities.
• Maintain knowledge of institutional FX/CFD markets, brokerage business models and multi-asset financial products, including FX, precious metals, indices and commodities.
• Monitor market developments, competitors and industry trends.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Operations, Risk and other relevant departments to support client introductions and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, business development reports and client information.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
