Job summary

Jobtailor in Dubai is seeking a senior sales leader to drive business development, nurture a high-performing BDM team, and translate market insights into profitable FX/CFD offerings. You will forecast revenue, shape strategic plans, and collaborate across departments to optimize lead generation and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FX/CFDs, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FX and CFDs industry
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales/bd team
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools
• Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and bring in your own sales portfolios
• Lead and mentor a team of BDMs, providing support and resources
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
• Forecast expected sales and profits for existing and new products
• Provide hands-on guidance and practical advice to enhance team performance
• Recruit, train, and develop the relationship management team
• Collaborate with other departments on strategies, offerings, procedures, and promotions
• Innovate and explore new business development strategies and translate them into profitable ventures
• Facilitate communication and alignment between sales and other departments for lead and opportunity management
• Monitor and analyze lead and pipeline data to validate quality and support continuous improvement
• Perform other relevant duties as requested
