Job summary

Doo Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in Forex/CFD sales. You will drive revenue growth, expand strategic partnerships, and lead regional business development initiatives.

You will manage top IBs and affiliates, generate deposits and trading volume, mentor sales staff, and pursue new market opportunities to meet ambitious targets. This role requires a proven track record, excellent leadership, and fluency in multiple languages

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Forex/CFD business development experience.
• Established book of clients and active IB network.
• Proven history of generating strong Net Deposits and revenue.
• Strong understanding of MT4, MT5, CRM systems, and brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across retail, institutional, and IB channels.
• Develop and manage high-value IBs, partners, and affiliates.
• Generate consistent deposits and trading volume.
• Build strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
• Mentor junior sales staff where required.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.
