Job summary

Doo Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong Forex/CFD sales background to drive revenue growth and lead regional business development.

You will drive new business across retail, institutional and IB channels, develop high-value IBs and partners, generate deposits and volume, and mentor junior sales staff to meet targets.

Arabic, English or other languages are desirable; relocation to Dubai is required for the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Forex/CFD business development experience.
• Established book of clients and active IB network.
• Strong understanding of MT4, MT5, CRM systems, and brokerage operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Arabic, English, Hindi or additional languages are highly desirable.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across retail, institutional, and IB channels.
• Develop and manage high-value IBs, partners, and affiliates.
• Generate consistent deposits and trading volume.
• Build strategic relationships with key clients and partners.
• Mentor junior sales staff where required.
• Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.
