Job summary

A prominent banking institution in Abu Dhabi seeks an Inspector-MPM to assist with payment document reviews and conduct site inspections. Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience (Diploma) required.
• Strong knowledge in site inspections and document reviews.
• Able to prepare detailed inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist PMC to review payment documents and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare inspection notes and reports.
• Monitor risk exposure and compliance.

Role Purpose

Assist PMC to do (review the payment documents /Contact the clients and conduct site visit inspection for progress payments, upload the inspection photos to the project folder, prepare inspection Note (report)

PMC

• Conduct site visit inspection.
• Review payment documents.
• Prepare inspection Note (report)
• Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department

Training

In house training will be given.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role

• Diploma Certificate – preferred Engineer Diploma Certificate.
