Job description

VAM Systems is currently looking for Information Security Operations Specialist for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:

Experience:

Minimum 45 years of experience in Information Security with proven exposure to Security Operations Center (SOC) environments.

Key Objectives:

Handle Information Security daily operations with a strong focus on cybersecurity monitoring incident response and threat analysis within a SOC setup.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, detect, analyse and respond to security incidents within the SOC environment.
• Execute routine security checks, log analysis and vulnerability scans.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify security gaps and recommend proactive solutions.
• Maintain and support security tools, rulesets, use cases and configurations in SIEM and other platforms.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, logs and documentation as per compliance standards.
• Participate in threat hunting activities and support in containment and remediation processes.
• Assist with IS audits, risk assessments and compliance-related activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of IS operations, policies and processes.
