Role Overview - Influencer Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to own and scale influencer strategy for noon and Super Mall across UAE and KSA. This role drives high-impact, performance-led campaigns across multiple categories, manages key agency and influencer partnerships, and leads a growing team to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the influencer marketing strategy for noon and Super Mall in UAE and KSA across multiple verticals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and yearly/monthly budgets.
  • Drive team performance by managing end-to-end campaign execution and overseeing agency and influencer relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies, fostering deep, long-term connections.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to maximize impact, engagement, and ROI.
  • Directly manage and mentor a growing influencer team, ensuring high-quality execution and supporting professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across digital marketing, onsite, social media, and category to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent brand messaging.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
