Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development : Define and implement a robust 3–5-year industry strategy and Go-to-Market plan in collaboration with local stakeholders, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and corporate objectives.
- Integrated Offering Deployment : Drive the launch and adoption of industry-specific products, services, and solutions. Support strategic accounts, articulate compelling value propositions, deliver training programs, and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Market Intelligence : Conduct comprehensive market analysis, including size estimation, trend identification, and regulatory impact assessment. Actively engage with industry networks, associations, and thought professionals. Provide quarterly insights and performance reports to global management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : Minimum 5 + years of progressive experience in industry management, business development, or strategic marketing within relevant Industry.
- Expertise : Strong understanding of industry ecosystems, including associations, EPCs, OEMs, and key influencers. Proven track record in developing and executing strategic plans that deliver measurable growth. Proficiency in marketing tools, digital platforms, and customer engagement strategies.
