Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Inclusive Learning Manager who can provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for supporting students with disabilities. This role involves creating an inclusive environment ensuring accessibility and advocating for policies that promote equity in education. The manager collaborates with university staff and external organizations to facilitate the success of students with disabilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to support students with disabilities.
  2. Lead initiatives to promote inclusivity and accessibility on campus.
  3. Oversee services such as academic accommodations, personal support, and assistive technology.
  4. Facilitate orientation for new students with disabilities.
  5. Advocate for students with disabilities and ensure their needs are addressed.
  6. Build relationships with university departments to ensure accessibility.
  7. Collaborate with external organizations and community stakeholders.
  8. Organize workshops and events to raise awareness about disability issues.
  9. Manage the budget for the Centre, including sourcing and managing grants.
  10. Ensure compliance with accessibility regulations and prepare reports on the Centre's activities.
  11. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services and develop KPIs for measuring success.
Requirements
  1. Master’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
  2. Certification or license in psychology preferred.
  3. 7-10 years of experience in psychology or counseling, with at least 5 years working with individuals with disabilities.
  4. Fluency in Arabic and English.
