Responsibilities

• Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Collect and remove trays, dishes, and utensils from guest rooms after meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment and storage areas.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely preparation.
• Address guest concerns or special requests promptly and courteously.
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
