We are seeking a qualified and passionate IELTS Teacher to join our dynamic team at Express English Learning Center Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing students for the IELTS examination by delivering engaging and effective lessons that improve their English language proficiency across all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality IELTS preparation classes.
• Tailor lessons to meet the individual needs of students at various levels.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback.
• Conduct regular assessments and mock tests to evaluate student readiness.
• Provide guidance on test‑taking strategies and time management.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest IELTS exam patterns and scoring criteria.
• Collaborate with academic staff to enhance overall program quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English Education, Linguistics or a related (Master's preferred).
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA/DELTA certification required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience teaching IELTS or English for Academic Purposes (EAP).
• Proven track record of helping students achieve desired band scores.
• Strong understanding of IELTS exam structure and assessment criteria.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital tools (if applicable).

Desirable

• Native or near‑native level of English proficiency.
• Experience teaching both General and Academic IELTS.
• Flexibility to teach evening or weekend classes as required.
