We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Hygiene & Quality Officer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our organizations food safety and quality standards.

  • Develop implement and monitor food safety and quality management systems
  • Conduct regular hygiene and quality audits across all operational areas
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on hygiene and quality performance
  • Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations and standards
  • Train staff on proper hygiene practices and quality control procedures
  • Investigate and resolve food safety and qualityrelated issues
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in food safety and quality management
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Food Science Microbiology or a related field
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in food safety quality assurance or a related field
  • HACCP Certification and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Certification
  • Proficiency in food safety management systems particularly HACCP
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and hygiene standards
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated auditing skills and attention to detail
  • Indepth understanding of food industry regulations and standards
  • Expertise in hygiene and sanitation practices
  • Experience with quality management systems
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fastpaced environment
