About the Role

As a Human Resources Executive, you will support the HR Manager by handling essential administrative, operational, and colleague‑facing tasks. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensure smooth administration of SAP Workforce & Civil Soft systems
• Manage HR reception and assist colleagues with daily requests
• Maintain accurate colleague personal files and passport records
• Support colleague onboarding and prepare all required documentation
• Assist with exits, including travel arrangements and clearance processes
• Handle HR petty cash, expense reports, stationery orders, and invoice processing
• Prepare HR letters (NOCs, bank letters, tenancy confirmations, service letters)
• Manage ID card issuance for colleagues and contractors
• Support colleagues with bank account openings & ATM card issuance
• Conduct regular passport audits and maintain accurate tracking logs
• Coordinate closely with Payroll to ensure timely submission of new joiner forms
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative role
• 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, ideally within a 5‑star hotel
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Oracle HRMS is a strong plus
• Professional, well‑groomed, ethical, and discreet
• Excellent communication skills — a second language is a bonus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
