What will I be doing?

The Human Resources Executive supports the HR department by managing HR operations, ensuring accurate data records, processing payroll, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with PRO-related activities. You will also coordinate HR projects and provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update team member records, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports, including manning, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  • Support PRO activities, including visas, contracts, renewals, and government documentation.
  • Monitor HR systems (Taleo, Oasys, Edocs, TMX) and ensure workflow approvals are completed.
  • Coordinate HR projects and department activities.
  • Handle recruitment and support in team member onboarding processes.
  • Support performance review processes.
  • Organize team member engagement activities and events.
  • Ensure good communication and collaboration with other departments and team members.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in HR or equivalent role, including handling HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and team member relations.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
  • Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance regulations.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations (advantageous).
  • Strong background in HR functions and systems, including payroll, HRIS, recruitment, reporting, and PRO processes (advantageous).
