Job summary

The role requires a Masters degree in HR or a related field, professional certification, and at least 10 years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in leadership, with a proven record of implementing HR programs across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies in diverse industries, demonstrating adaptability.
• Expertise in all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
