Job summary

Al Malihi Transporting & Contracting - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C is seeking an experienced HR professional in Abu Dhabi to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. • At least 5 years HR experience focusing on talent acquisition and employee development in a corporate environment.
• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
• Experience in employee relations and navigating complex interpersonal dynamics with diplomacy.
