Job summary

FRSHR Leather Restoration in Dubai is seeking an HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, driving employee engagement and performance. You will oversee visa processing, recruitment, and employee relations to foster a positive, collaborative workplace.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field (Master's a plus), 3+ years of progressive HR experience (preferably with managerial exposure), and professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR).
