Job summary

Al Musahim Investment is seeking an experienced HR leader in Abu Dhabi to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, craft compelling job descriptions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

You will also design onboarding programs that engage and retain new hires, while managing performance appraisal systems to drive continuous development for employees at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) to validate expertise.
