Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Channel Team Lead - Hub Delivery Performance in Dubai to drive high-impact performance across ADE teams and retail partner activation. You will analyze activation and delivery KPIs, coach field teams, and work with Operations and Program teams to resolve systemic issues and improve the Hub Delivery model.

The role combines frontline leadership with structured performance management, focusing on continuous improvement and scalable execution in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis, planning, and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Operations management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching field-based employees is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day performance of Account Development Executives across Hub Delivery territories.
• Set clear expectations for prospecting, onboarding, activation, and ongoing account management.
• Coach ADEs on partner engagement and field execution.
• Provide guidance when onboarding barriers or performance issues arise.
• Develop team capability through feedback, mentoring, and follow-up.
• Monitor activation rates, KPIs, partner performance, and delivery quality.
• Analyze trends and identify recurring systemic problems versus isolated issues.
• Build corrective action plans for underperforming territories.
• Track improvement actions and confirm sustainable results.
