Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai seeks a Channel Team Lead to guide the Hub Delivery growth team, coaching Account Development Executives to recruit, activate, and support local retail partners. You will analyze territory performance, identify barriers, and implement scalable improvements to activation and delivery quality.

The role requires data analysis, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams for program success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams and coaching staff.
• Strong data analysis to drive territory performance.
• Experience with partner onboarding and activation workflows.
• Ability to interpret KPIs and translate into action.
• Excellent communication with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily execution of a team of Account Development Executives in Hub Delivery territories.
• Set priorities for prospecting, activation, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coach ADEs in field techniques for partner development.
• Mentor team on account ownership and issue resolution.
• Review performance against activation and delivery quality targets.
