Job summary

Amazon UAE in Dubai seeks a Channel Team Lead to guide the Hub Delivery growth team, coaching Account Development Executives to recruit, activate, and support local retail partners. Responsibilities

Direct daily execution of a team of Account Development Executives in Hub Delivery territories.
Set priorities for prospecting, activation, onboarding, and performance management.
Coach ADEs in field techniques for partner development.
Mentor team on account ownership and issue resolution.
Review performance against activation and delivery quality targets.
