Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Development Executives supporting Hub Delivery.
- Establish clear expectations for partner prospecting, activation, onboarding, and ongoing account performance.
- Coach ADEs through field execution and help strengthen their commercial and operational capabilities.
- Monitor individual and team results against agreed activation and delivery targets.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and disciplined field execution.
- Support the team in identifying and engaging suitable local retail partners.
- Guide ADEs through partner onboarding requirements and launch readiness.
- Help resolve barriers that delay partner activation or affect early-stage performance.
- Monitor KPIs covering partner activation, operations, delivery quality, and account performance.
- Analyze performance data to identify recurring issues across territories.
- Develop corrective action plans when operational or partner results fall below expectations.
- Review field execution quality and ensure Hub Delivery processes are followed consistently.
- Support ADEs with difficult partner conversations or performance challenges.
- Identify systemic territory-level problems that cannot be resolved through individual account actions.
- Coordinate with Operations teams to resolve issues affecting delivery execution.
- Partner with Last Mile stakeholders on service quality and operational reliability.
- Work with Program teams to address recurring process or design limitations.
- Consolidate field feedback and translate it into actionable program insights.
- Highlight partner concerns that could affect retention, engagement, or scalability.
- Recommend improvements to partner onboarding and performance management processes.
- Track corrective actions through completion and measure their operational impact.
- Share best practices across the Account Development Executive team.
- Provide structured updates on partner pipeline, activations, delivery quality, and operational risks.
- Use data to prioritize coaching, territory support, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
- Support expansion of the Hub Delivery model while protecting Amazon delivery standards.
- Ensure decisions balance partner experience, operational feasibility, and customer expectations.
Ideal Profile
- Experience in data analysis.
- Previous operations management experience is preferred.
- Bachelor 's degree is preferred.
- Experience leading or coaching field-based teams is highly valuable.
- Strong understanding of partner onboarding and account development processes.
- Ability to interpret operational KPIs and convert findings into practical actions.
- Strong problem-solving skills when handling recurring or territory-wide issues.
- Confident working with external partners and internal operational teams.
- Ability to coach employees on prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
