Coach teams through partner discussions, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs, activation results, delivery quality, and partner compliance.
Review data to identify problems, missed targets, and risks; implement corrective actions.
Support expansion of Hub Delivery network while upholding Amazon standards.
