Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Channel Team Lead to guide Account Development Executives supporting Hub Delivery in Dubai. You will drive partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing account performance while upholding delivery standards.

In this leadership role, you will analyze performance data, coach field teams, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to scale the Hub Delivery program and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Experience leading field-based teams preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Development Executives for Hub Delivery.
• Set expectations for partner onboarding, activation, and account performance.
• Coach ADEs through field execution to strengthen capabilities.
• Monitor KPIs for activation, operations, and delivery quality.
• Identify and engage local retail partners and support onboarding.
