Job summary

Amazon is seeking an experienced Hub Channel Team Lead to drive innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network in Dubai, UAE. You will deputize for the Operations Manager, supervise logistics assistants and delivery associates, and ensure shipments meet KPIs while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will interview candidates, monitor workflows and daily metrics, and mentor new associates.

Qualifications

• Experience with planning performance metrics and process improvement.

• Experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support daily management of operational duties and deputize for Operations Manager when required.
• Prioritize and improve safety at the delivery station while supervising associates to meet KPIs.
• Monitor performance, coach staff, and collaborate with departments to improve logistics processes.
• Interview candidates for associate roles and monitor workload and workflows.
• Provide training and mentoring to new associates and resolve process-related issues as needed.
• Be flexible with shifts and overtime; help resource the function for training and productivity.
