Role Context

This position connects commercial partner development with last-mile delivery operations. The Channel Team Lead will give ADEs the direction, coaching, and operational support needed to onboard suitable retail partners and maintain reliable service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives responsible for local retail partner acquisition and management
• Establish clear territory objectives covering prospecting, onboarding, activation, and delivery performance
• Coach team members through partner discussions, operational challenges, and performance improvement activities
• Monitor operational KPIs, activation results, delivery quality, and partner compliance
• Review performance data to identify recurring problems, missed targets, and emerging territory risks
• Prepare and implement corrective action plans for underperforming markets or partner accounts
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, commitment, and consistent field execution
• Coordinate with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to remove obstacles affecting service quality
• Consolidate field feedback and translate it into recommendations for program design and partner experience
• Support the expansion of the Hub Delivery network while protecting Amazon's customer and delivery standards
• Maintain accurate reporting on team activity, operational progress, and unresolved issues

Ideal Profile

The preferred candidate is an analytical people leader who can balance daily field execution with broader program objectives. Experience managing operations or partner-facing teams will be valuable, particularly in last-mile delivery, logistics, retail networks, or territory development.
