Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee and manage all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities across our projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local regulations and international standards, driving a strong safety culture, and leading HSE implementation at both site and organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project-specific HSE strategies, plans, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local HSE legislation and international standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and environmental impact evaluations
  • Perform regular site inspections, audits, and HSE performance reviews
  • Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and reporting
  • Monitor and evaluate HSE performance of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Plan and deliver HSE training programs and toolbox talks for site personnel
  • Coordinate closely with project management and corporate HSE teams
  • Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to senior management
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in RTA-related or GCC road projects is required.
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and international standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
